Great little tablet
We bought this tablet for our daughter for Christmas and she loves it! Such great value for money, it came with everything she needs – mouse, keyboard, stylus, case and screen protector. It was really easy to set up. Would recommend.

Great value for money.
I brought this tablet for my daughter for Christmas so haven’t used it yet. I did opened it to see if the item was ok, all looks good and the colour (Blue) is great my daughter hopefully will love it.Fast delivery and well packaged.Good value for money as you get lots of bits with it which you normally have to pay extra for.I’m very pleased with the purchase so far.

This seems a lovely item only thing was I ordered sky blue & got what I can only think is gold, as looks pink! & it’s for a boy 🙈 But it’s too late to send back as it’s a Xmas gift & he just won’t put case on, ideally if they cld send a blue case that wld be great? But keeping item as really good

Great tablet.
Brought as a present for my wife to replace her old out of date Samsung tablet. Comes with very thing you need, even a case and screen protector.This tablet feels good to handle not got that fragile feeling you can get with some tablets. Extremely easy to set up, especially after receiving the email from JUSYEA explaining how to start the set up process properly. All the accessories are easy to set up and compliment the tablet.

Long story, but worth staying with. Purchased for my son as a Christmas present. As he is special needs, everything had to be ‘in place’ to prevent a meltdown (if you know, you know). Unfortunately, the colour was wrong and the battery was of the old type and discharged within minutes….cue meltdown on a atomic level !!! Anyway, after the initial bribery and pinky promises, I contacted Jusyea to tell them of my concern…..who am I kidding, I was a little bit p….. cheesed off and wanted to vent at the company. So, like an entitled 🙄 pain, I emailed and ranted. Lucia was the recipient of my ‘wraith’ and ohhhhhh what a total twit I felt. Lucia was amazing, and I do not say that lightly. Real time email conversation and within minutes, solution found and agreed. Tablet returned, refund issued, new tab to test. EXCELLENT. Jump forward a few days and AMAZON decide to STEAL, yes steal, the purchase price from my account!!!! No confirmation or indication other than the bank saying its gone. Mature meltdown now!!! They had no right to remove the money as it wasnt purchased through them. LUCIAAAAAA I screamed, ‘what’s happening?? I’m a tad 🤔…disgruntled shall we say. Well, it appears that Amazon had no right to remove money as myself and Lucia had sorted this between company and individual, Amazon not needed.Lucia, again, amazing. Real time email and solution within minutes. Amazon???? A “computer glitch” (how many 1000’s of other have been hit with this ‘glitch’ me wonders)Lucia and Jusyea… amazing customer service, can’t fault it.Product. I have a galaxy tab with keyboard and pen, so wanted something similar for my son as he expresses through art and pictures. This product and price matched. Straight out of the box, almost fully charged. Set up and download apps and a little bit of exploration, and it has lost 1% battery. Excellent.It is light, good screen, the accessories you get with it are great. If you want Galaxy tab performance and features, go buy one. If you want to save £1000, and get just the same features and product, without the big corporate crap you normally get from a faceless company, order one from Jusyea.To summarise, 5 star for 5 star service. Thank you Lucia, one very happy little boy now….and his son is happy too….😁
